Description

Here we have great Mazeti bass, this one is a 7 string fretted and unlike some of the others we’ve seen in terms of construction featuring a lovely burl top and back. 

This bass is in really nice order and looks like it has hardly been played with the plastic still intact on the back control cover.

Being a 7 string, the bass has some presence, heft and weight to it so please be aware of this if considering purchasing. The action is great and it plays quite low if you want it to.

Really nice burl top and back and for the money a really nice thing to own! You could certainly pay an awful lot more for a bass that looks like this one.

Condition:

Really good, looks as if it’s hardly been played with plastic still on the control cover.

Summary:

Low cost but still a good quality 7 string bass, great condition. A step into multi string territory for little outlay! It’s a weighty bass at 11.68lbs so please be aware of this if considering this bass.

Comments:

Always an adventure moving into the multi string bass world. Some turn up their noses at these kind of basses but it’s true to say that you can do things on these that would be impossible on a 4/5. Plus, for reading parts in the higher resister going across the fingerboard in the same position is easier than going up the neck!
